Our process begins with advanced ore beneficiation. We utilize high-efficiency crushing and grinding circuits to liberate the rare earth minerals from the waste rock. This is followed by physical separation techniques like magnetic separation or flotation to create a high-grade concentrate, ensuring maximum efficiency for all downstream processes.
The mineral concentrate undergoes a precision-controlled leaching process in our advanced reactor systems. Specific acid formulations are used to selectively dissolve the rare earth elements, transferring them into a solution. This critical step is optimized for maximum extraction efficiency while minimizing the dissolution of impurities.
The REE-rich solution enters our state-of-the-art solvent extraction (SX) circuit. This highly automated, multi-stage process uses proprietary organic solvents to selectively separate individual rare earth elements from each other with exceptional purity. Precise control over pH and flow rates in each mixer-settler stage allows us to isolate critical elements like Neodymium and Dysprosium to purities exceeding 99.99%.
Finally, the separated, high-purity rare earth streams are converted into stable oxide powders. Our systems use controlled precipitation to create intermediate salts, which are then calcined (heated to high temperatures) in precision furnaces.
